1. 1. The rooms are in an apartment of about 100 m²; how many people occupy the apartment?

There are 4 rooms for 4 people.

2. 2. Is the indicated rent inclusive of all expenses, and if so, which ones? (Electricity, hot water, waste tax, etc.)?

We offer an all-inclusive package that includes:
- Rent
- Processing fee
- 4% service fee
- Common areas usage
- Wi-Fi
- Electricity
- Furnishings
- Kitchen equipment
- Swiss radio and TV license fees (SERAFE)
- Utility costs for heating and water
- A set of bed linen
- Weekly cleaning service for common areas such as the bathroom, kitchen, toilet, corridor, and balcony. Additionally, you can book a cleaning service for your room if desired.

3. Is it possible to have short-term contracts, 3/6/12 months?

Yes, but we have a minimum of 6 months.

4 .4. When wanting to leave the room, how many months' notice is required?

1 month.

5. Is the weekly cleaning of the room, kitchen, bathroom, etc., included in the price? Is that correct?

Yes, but in Switzerland, it is prohibited to clean private rooms unless you book the cleaning service for your room separately or clean it yourself.

6. 6. Do you require a deposit, and if so, how much?

We require a rental deposit and a liability deposit, both equal to the monthly rent, and CHF 100 as a key deposit. All three will be fully refunded upon departure, provided that the rent has always been paid, the furnishings are undamaged, and the keys are returned in full. Otherwise, we reserve the right to withhold the amount necessary to cover any damages or losses.

Alternatively, there is the option to take out liability insurance and household insurance with a Swiss insurance company, and the same goes for the rental deposit with a Swiss surety company (except Swisscaution).

7. 7. What needs to be done to rent a room with you? Do you need documents from the parents, and if so, which ones?

Fill out the indicated form with the room of your choice. For students, we prefer an extract from the debt collection office of the parents.

8. 8. Is there a washing machine?

Yes, we have a laundry room in the basement with washing machine and dryer.

9. Check-in and Check-out?

The check-in for the rented room takes place on the first day of the rental period at 12:00 PM. On the last day of the rental period, the check-out must be completed by no later than 12:00 PM.

10. Data Protection?

All personal data and documents collected from the tenant as part of the rental agreement are processed and protected in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG). After the termination of the rental agreement, the data will be deleted or destroyed unless legal regulations require a longer retention period.

Upon termination of the rental agreement, a cleaning fee will be charged for the final cleaning of the room.
